1 . The Counsel for the respondent has sent an outstation slip, however, the Counsel for the petitioner states that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 24.11.2023 passed in Writ-C No.1003106 of 2014.
2 . The assertion appears to be correct as the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court in the case of M/s Kesharwani Udyog, Balrampur v. State of U.P. & Ors.; 2019 (37) LCD 2268 .
3 . Following the said logic and reasoning, the present writ petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions.
4 . The impugned order dated 25.01.2020 and the impugned order dated 29.06.2011 are set aside.
5 . The directions given in para 6 of M/s Kesharwani Udyog Balrampur's case (Supra) shall apply to the present case also.
