Let the opposite party no.2 file an affidavit giving details of recovery certificate which may have been issued in pursuance to orders passed by RERA in respect of opposite party no.3-M/s Parsvnath Developers Ltd and how many of those recovery certificates have actually been executed and how many are pending and what are the impediments in execution of recovery certificates. The affidavit shall also indicate as to why the recovery certificate in question is not being implemented inspite of lapse of more than two years.
Connect along with Writ-C No.10434 of 2024 and list in the third week of January, 2025.
