Let learned Standing Counsel seek instructions from SubDivisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Bilgram, District-Hardoi as to why if as per the demarcation exercise which is said to have been completed, pillars etc installed by railways on the bhumidhari of the petitioner as claimed, the same are not being removed as per law and what are the impediments, if any, unless it has already been removed. If the pillars and other encroachment are still there on the petitioner's land and there is no impediment then he should take steps for their removal as per law and put the boundary marks on the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner or if there is any impediment then he should inform the Court on the next date. Let an affidavit be filed by opposite party no.5 in this regard before the next date.
