The office report states that though the notices were issued in the year 2012, however, there is no clear report on the service.
In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner file fresh steps for the private respondents within a week failing which the matter shall be listed before the Court under the appropriate heading immediately after the expiry of the aforesaid period."
