Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 has been accepted by the Office of Chief Standing Counsel.
Shri Rakesh Pathak, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 9. Shri Rakesh Pathak, learned counsel for private respondents submits that private respondent No.4 has died on 5th December, 2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he may be granted sometime to move an appropriate application for correcting the same.
