Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel has accepted notice for the respondent No.12.
The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 16.04.2024 whereby their revision has been dismissed and the orders passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer have been affirmed, as a result, the petitioners, whose Mool Gata bearing No.2003 which is road facing has been allowed to the private-respondents and the petitioners accommodated on Plots No.1985 and 1700 which are far away. Thus, the petitioners have approached this Court.
Let notice be issued to the private-respondents No.4 to 11 returnable at an early date.
Learned counsel for the petitioners shall take steps within a week from today.
List this matter again on 28.10.2024.
As an interim measure, it is provided that the parties shall maintain status-quo as it exists today in respect of the property in dispute.
