The present petitions are of the year 1987.
This Court on 08.01.2024 had passed the following order which reads as under:-
"The petition is of the year 1987. Upon an application seeking impleadment of the proposed parties to be impleaded as respondents No.9 and 10, notices were issued by this Court by means of the order dated 07.07.2023.
As per the office report, the proposed respondents 9 is reported to be died, however, Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the said party by Shri Amit Kumar Keshari, who is reported to be ill today.
Considering the aforesaid, list this matter on 16.01.2024 peremptorily along with the connected matters. The parties to come prepared as the Court is not inclined to adjourn the case any further. In case, they have any difficulty, they shall make an alternate arrangement."
Today, Sri Amit Kumar Keshari, learned counsel for the respondents has sent an illness slip, however, there is none on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petitions nor any engagement slip/out of station slip or illness slip has been sent.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution . Consigned to records.
