- Petitioners are aggrieved with allotment of chak to the contesting respondents (chak holder no.1353) over plot no.942/2 abutting their house side and their chak has been shifted towards south after chak no.1353, although, plot no.942/2 is their original holding. Due to allotment of chak in favour of contesting respondents over plot no.942/2 abutting the house side of the petitioners, there is always an apprehension of breach of pace on the spot.

- Matter requires consideration.

- Respondents no.1 to 4 are represented through the learned Standing Counsel. Issue notice to respondents no.5 to 7 fixing 13.11.2024 as the date. In the meantime, parties shall exchange their respective affidavits, if any.

- Stay application will be considered after exchange of respective affidavits between the parties.
