"The petition is of the year 1979. Learned counsel for the petitioners is reported to be on sanction leave.
This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter for the reason that many counsels are appearing in the petition in 1979, in such cases the benefit of the sanction leave may not be available to the counsel for the petitioners. However, in the ends of justice as a matter of last resort, the matter is passed over for the day.
Accordingly, list this matter again on 15th of October, 2024. In case if the counsel for the parties have any difficulty, they shall make alternate arrangements."
