Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 7 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.6. Shri Ranvijay Singh, learned counsel has appeared on caveat on behalf of respondent No.4.
The matter in question relates to dispute under title relating to plot No.66/1. Initially, two sets of objections were filed before the Consolidation Officer. One by the petitioners and other by respondent No.4. By means of the order dated 03.07.1992, both the objections were partly allowed and partly dismissed. As a result, two separate appeals came to be filed before the SOC. The SOC by means of its order dated 31.12.2014 allowed the appeal of private respondent No.4, but dismissed the appeal of the present petitioners. The petitioners carried the matter in revision, which also did not find favour with the revisional court and it was dismissed on 29.08.2024.
Since the contesting respondent has put in appearance, accordingly, let counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks with an advance copy to learned counsel for the petitioners, who may if so choose, may file his response within a period of 10 days thereafter.
Issue notice to private respondent No.5, returnable at an early date.
Steps be taken within a week.

As an interim measure, it is provided that the parties shall maintain status quo as it exists today.
