Heard Sri Kailash Prasad Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dhirendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel representing the opposite party no.1-State of U.P. Nobody is present for opposite parties no.2 and 3 (Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay University of Veterinary Science and Go Anusandhan Sansthan (Duvasu) Mathura.

By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the opposite parties to deduct his contribution towards New Pension Scheme after reckoning the petitioner's date of birth as 10.03.1980 in place of 16.09.1971 which has wrongly been recorded in the office of opposite party no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that date of birth mentioned in all his certificates, is 10.03.1980 and his date of birth is erroneously recorded as 16.09.1971.

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 30.06.2024 to the Vice Chancellor, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay University of Veterinary Science and Go Anusandhan Sansthan (Duvasu) Mathura, requesting for correction of his date of birth but no decision on the said representation has been communicated to him till date.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the Vice Chancellor of the University raising all his grievances within a period of one month from today and the Vice Chancellor of the University is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation in accordance with law, within a period of two

month from the date of receipt thereof along with a copy of this order.
