There is consensus at the bar that so far as the interim relief is concerned, the same is squarely covered by an interim order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 passed in Writ-A No.9289 of 2024 in re: Aftab Ahmad Khan and others vs. State of U.P. and others.
Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, it is provided that the until further orders of this Court no recovery shall be executed from the petitioners.
All the respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks to which the petitioners may file rejoinder affidavit within next two weeks. List after expiry of the aforesaid period along with Writ-A No.9289 of 2024 in re: Aftab Ahmad Khan and others vs. State of U.P. and others.
