Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Diwakar Singh, learned Standing Counsel.
Attention has been drawn towards the order being passed in Writ-A No. 5617 of 2024, whereby, the interim protection has been provided to the petitioners of that writ petition who are Doctors, whereas the present petitioner are retired from Ayurved Department and have retired for more than ten years. Though, the subject matter in the issue is identical.
Learned State counsel has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
Accordingly, list and connect with Writ-A No. 5617 of 2024.
Until further order of this Court, no further recovery shall be executed from the petitioners.
In the meantime, the counter affidavit may be filed.
