1 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents No.1 to 3, Shri Afzal Ahmad Siddiqui, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and Shri Ghulam Mohammad Kamil, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
2 . No notice is required to be issued to respondent No.6 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay salary to the petitioners regularly along with arrears since his appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher Alia i.e. Intermediate, which appointment is said to have been made on 06.07.2023. In this regard, he has already submitted a representation to respondent No.4 vide his representation dated 24.04.2024, a copy of which is part of Annexure-11 and prays that said representation be directed to be decided in accordance with law to which learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.

Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2024 in accordance with law under relevant rules within a period of 6 weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
