Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents.
This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing all impugned 22 challans of the vehicle of the petitioner i.e. the 19 challans on account of the overloading of vehicle, issued by the opposite party no.3 to 5 and the 3 Challans issued by the Traffic Police of the opposite party no.6 (Contained as Annexure No.1) to the writ petition."
Let a counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the respondents within a period of four weeks.
Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
