Heard Shri Shyam Murari Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Santosh Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3.

By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of direction to the respondent No.3- District Inspector of Schools (II), Allahabad, to decide her representation dated 13.10.2021, whereby the petitioner has prayed for grant of arrears of salary of L.T. Grade and promotion grade pay with effect from 2014. The petitioner claims to have given her first representation in this regard on 24.8.2021.

The District Inspector of Schools (II) Prayagraj has provided written instructions to the learned Chief Standing Counsel stating that he has submitted an Objection Removal Report for payment of arrears of the petitioner, to the Director of Education (Secondary) U.P., Prayagraj on 1.7.2024 and as soon as sanction is granted for approval of payment, the payment will be made to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2- Deputy Director, Education (Madyamik), IV Division, Allahabad to pass appropriate orders in furtherance of the letter dated 1.7.2024 sent by the District Inspector of Schools (II), Prayagraj, regarding payment of arrears to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
