- Learned counsel for petitioner has adverted to interim order dated 20.09.2023 passed by a coordinate bench of this Court in Writ-A No.6254 of 2023.
- From a perusal of the aforesaid order, it is quite evident that litigation pertaining to same issue has been under consideration in the said petition. The order dated 20.09.2023 is as follows:-
"1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that in terms of a bond executed by the petitioner on 04.04.2018, the petitioner was required to serve for a period of two years, failing which the petitioner was to pay an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as specified in the bond in terms of the conditions enumerated. The bond is contained in Annexure - 6.
