- Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 12.08.2024 received from the office of District Basic Education Officer, Rampur/respondent No.3 placed before this Court by Sri Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 & 4, the same is taken on record.
- On the basis of the aforesaid instructions, it is argued by Sri Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 & 4 that Token Number has already been generated and the necessary payments will be made in the bank account of the petitioner today itself.
- In view of the undertaking given by Sri Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 & 4, Sri Kamal Kumar Kesherwani, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to inform regarding the payment on the next date of hearing.
