Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for opposite parties.

Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to release all the retiral dues (gratuity, leave encashment, insurance and pension Arrears etc.) to the petitioners along with interest at the current market rate, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the representations dated 16.12.2023 and 16.12.2023 made by the petitioners contained in Annexure No.1 & 2 respectively to this writ petition within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. ....."

Considering the fact that the issue with regard to payment of retiral dues is pending before respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent no.2 who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within three months and the admissible dues shall be paid to the petitioners.
