Heard Mr. Asit Srivastava learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 2 and 4, Mr. Ranvijay Singh learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and Dr. Udav Veer Singh learned counsel for opposite party No.5.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to reconsider petitioner's case for issuance of appointment letter on the post of Assistant Teacher in terms of mark sheet of B.T.C., first and second semester completed in 2015 and third and fourth semester completed in the year 2016.
Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that certain relevant pleadings have been inadvertently omitted. He therefore seeks to withdraw this petition liberty to file afresh.
In view of aforesaid, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
