Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 2 and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.5 stands dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to promote petitioner on the post of Head Mistress in Uchch Prathmik Vidyalaya, Gram panchayat Barhuna, Block Mallawan, District Hardoi.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into the merits of the case liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, District Hardoi. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided after affording opportunity of hearing to opposite party No.5 as well within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
