5. Let the District Health Committee, District-Ambedkar Nagar through its President/ District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar be impleaded as opposite party No.7 in the array of opposite parties, during the course of day and one copy of newly impleaded opposite party shall be provided to the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
6. Let the counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
7. List this case in the week commencing 16.09.2024 as fresh. On that date, this case may be taken up after fresh cases.
