Hon'ble Rajesh Singh Chauhan,J.
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to sanction & pay all retiral dues of the Petitioner including his Regular Pension, Commutation, Leave Encashment, Gratuity etc.;
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to pay penal interest of 14% from the date of his retirement i.e. from 30.04.2021 till the date of actual payment of all pensionary benefits."
Culture, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow, U.P. taking all pleas and grounds, which are necessary for disposal of the representation and also enclosing the earlier representation alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of ten days from today. If such representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated time, the authority concerned shall dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law, with expedition, say within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and thereafter communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner forthwith.
