Present petition has been preferred for issuing a direction to the respondent no. 3 District Program Officer, Sultanpur to promote the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Karykatri from the post of Anganwadi Sahayika in pursuance of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to move fresh representation to the respondent no. 3 for considering her candidature for promotion on the post of Aganbari Karyakatri from Aganbari Sevika and direct the respondent no. 3 to take a decision within the stipulated time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merit of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh representation to the respondent no. 3 alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of ten days from today. If any, such representation is preferred by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months, thereafter, in accordance with law.
