Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 3, Mr. Ranvijay Singh learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 4, Mr. Tushar Singh Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Abhinav Singh learned counsel for opposite parties 5 and 6.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of interest on the amount of gratuity payable to petitioner's wife late Shana Jabin who passed away while in service on 29th April, 2021.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party No. 5 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Unnao. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of six weeks from the date of representation along with certified copy of this order. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid relief, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of two months thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
