Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 5 and Mr. Raj Kumar Singh Suryavanshi learned counsel for opposite party No.6. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.7 stands dispensed with.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties for payment of salary and other service benefits to petitioners on the post of Assistant Teacher with the college concerned.
Mr. Vivek Shukla learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that salary of petitioners have been stopped in pursuance of directions issued by the District Inspector of Schools dated 8th September, 2023 pending inquiry with regard to their appointment.
The aforesaid order is not under challenge therefore learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to file afresh.
In view of aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh.
