Heard Shri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following main reliefs;-
i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 29.06.2024 only to the extent of petitioner which is contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to work as Farm Superintendent under the opposite party no.4 and to pay salary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the impugned transfer order has been issued on the administrative ground whereas there is no complaint of any kind whatsoever against the petitioner nor there is any material relating to the administrative transfer.
On being confronted about the administrative ground from learned Standing Counsel, he has requested that some short time may be given to seek specific instruction on that point.
As prayed, list/put up this case on 15.07.2024 in the additional cause list as fresh to seek complete instructions in the matter.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
