Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Vishal Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a review application against the judgement and order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Writ A No. 2371 of 2024 in re: Amardeep Kashyap vs State of U.P. and others.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objections to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
