The petitioner's case is, the petitioner was working on contractual basis as a Medical Officer in Community Health Centre, Mustafabad (Jarvel), Bahraich. Because of some health issues, the petitioner could not worked from 1.4.2018 to 31.7.2018, and in his absence, his contractual services were terminated. After obtaining the medical fitness certificate, the petitioner has again joined his job on 1.8.2018. The petitioner's main grievance is that he was given only one month salary within four months, hence the petitioner moved representations to the respondent no.4- Chief Medical Officer on certain occasions i.e. on 19.12.2018, 7.8.2019, 5.2.2020, 30.6.2021, 23.1.2022, 19.12.2023 and 30.12.2023 respectively, which are still pending undecided. Aggrieved by the same, the instant petition has been preferred.

In such circumstances, the respondent no.4- Chief Medical Officer, Bahraich is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
