Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S B Pandey, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Shri Varun Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage with liberty to him to file fresh in case any cause of action arises to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
