Sri Saurabh Mishra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 by way of filing memo of appearance.

Heard Sri Ravi Swaroop Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 to 6 and Sri Saurabh Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2.

Notices to opposite party no. 6 is hereby dispensed with.

The present petition has been preferred while raising a claim that the petitioner has not been paid the honorarium for the period they have worked. He added that he has moved a representation and the opposite party may be directed to decide the same.

On the other hand, the counsel for the opposite parties has raised objection that the petitioner is an employee of outsourcing agency, i.e., opposite party no. 6 and therefore, any claim with respect to the honorarium would only be raised before the opposite party no. 6, itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to move a representation before the appropriate authority and the appropriate authority is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed off .
