Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party no. 1 and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 to 4.
The instant writ petition has been filed assailing the orders dated 02-03-2024, 18-03-2024 and 28-03-2024 passed by the opposite parties.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Third Assured Career Progression from 11-10-2016 has not rightly been given to the petitioner and the issue has erroneously been decided vide order dated 02-03-2024. He added and has shown apprehension that the opposite parties will start deductions from the salary of the petitioner.
On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 has rebutted the aforesaid facts and submitted that the impugned orders have rightly been passed adhering to the rules and regulations meant therefor.
