This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the Government Order's dated 24.07.2021, 18.08.2021 and 19.08.2021, so far as it relates to the petitioner's post. Quashing of the letter/order dated 21.08.2021 along with notification/advertisement dated 26.08.2021 has also been sought with a further prayer to not restrain the petitioner from peaceful functioning of his duties on the post of Assistant Teacher (Adunik Vishay) in Sri Krishna Ramanuj Sanskrit Uchchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya and for payment of regular salary.
The aforementioned application has been filed along with an affidavit in it's support, seeking withdrawal of this writ petition.
In view of the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the aforementioned application, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
