Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for petitioner states that on account of subsequent developments he does not intend to press the instant writ petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
