Present petition has been preferred for quashing of the impugned order dated 19.01.2024 passed by the respondent no. 2-Director, Horticulture & Food Processing Department, Uttar Pradesh, Udyan Bhawan, Sapru Marg, Lucknow whereby the claim of the petitioner for counting the period of services of petitioner for the purpose of pension and grant of 1st, 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner within on week, thereafter.
List this case immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
