Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2 and Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of interest on the delayed payment of gratuity of her late husband with effect from 27.12.2011 till the actual date of disbursement on 31.08.2022.

Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, District Barabanki who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
