The petitioner claims that his salary has not been computed as per law and various other service benefits to which he is entitled have not been disbursed to him.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel points out that no representation has been made to the competent authority.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner shall make a representation to respondent no.4 and the same may be decided within a reasonable period of time.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
In this wake, the preceding discussion the writ petition is finally disposed of with the following directions:
i. The petitioner shall make a representation with regard to his salary entitlement and also other service benefits which are admissible to him before the SSP, Budaun
within a period of one month.
ii. In case, such representation is made, the same shall be decided as per law preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
