Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed in respondent nos. 4 and 5 institution in accordance with law by means of the order dated 04.07.2017 subject to approval of the State Government in regard to payment of salary by Social Welfare Department. The District Basic Education Officer, Unnao approved the appointment of the petitioner by means of the order dated 19.01.2019 contained in Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition and with an endorsement to the District Social Welfare Officer (Development), Unnao to process the payment of salary after verification, but, till date the salary has not been paid to the petitioner and other persons, whose appointment has been approved by means of the order dated 19.01.2019, despite representation made by the petitioner to the District Basis Education Officer, Unnao and the District Social Welfare Officer (Development), Unnao.
Shri Nitin, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to seek complete instructions into the matter as to why the payment of salary has not been made to the petitioner despite approval by the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao.
