Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioners has annexed only the revised pay fixation and the PPO has not been annexed and the amount of commutation and recovery has also not been disclosed, therefore, the petition is not maintainable.
Shri Ravi Shankar Tripathi, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sushil Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for adjournment as he submits that he has to leave the court on account of his illness.
List in the second week of January, 2025 as fresh.
In the meantime, the petitioners shall file supplementary affidavit.
