1.Heard Sri Surya Mani Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashwini Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned imposed punishments of withholding one increment with cumulative effect and censure entry by the office memorandum vide dated 25-04-2024 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition and whimsical disposal/rejection order dated 20-11-2024 against the Review Representation dated 02-06- 2024 of the petitioner as contained in Annexure No. 2 of this writ petition.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to release the withheld increment pursuant to the imposed punishments by the office memorandum vide dated 25-04-2024 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition along with arrear, within time frame which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
