- Heard Sri Samarth Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manoj Vashistha, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties no.1 to 4 and perused the records.

- By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 06.02.2024, passed by the Regional Level Selection Committee headed by the Joint Director of Education, Jhansi Division, Jhansi refusing to regularize the services of the petitioner on a post of Assistant Teacher, LT Grade in Chaudhary Gajendra Singh Inter College, Samhara Kasimpur, District Jalaun.

- The petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher on ad-hoc basis by means of an order dated 01.03.1995 and the District Inspector of Schools had granted approval to his appointment by means of an order dated 10.12.1999. The petitioner is working on the aforesaid but he is not being paid his salary.
