At the very outset, Sri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Advocate and Deputy Solicitor General of India, assisted by Shri Varun Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.12.2023 stayed the impugned judgment and order dated 31.05.2023 passed by the Tribunal in Writ-A No.9365 of 2023.

Since the question involved in the instant writ petition is similar to that of Writ-A No. 9365 of 2023, the benefit of the interim order dated 08.12.2023 passed in Writ-A No. 9365 of 2023 may be granted in the instant writ petition also.

In view of above, connect this petition with Writ-A No. 9365 of 2023 and Writ-A No. 132 of 2024.

There shall be an interim stay of the impugned order till the next date of listing.

Steps be taken within 10 days.

The benefit of this order shall only be available to the petitioners provided steps are taken within the aforesaid time period.
