Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 2, Mr. Ranvijay Singh learned counsel for opposite party No.3 and Mr. Shailendra Singh Rajawat learned counsel for opposite party No.4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to the concerned authority to provide no objection certificate to petitioner for attending counselling for the post of Assistant Teacher in pursuance of advertisement pertaining to 12460 posts of Assistant Teachers (2016-17) to be held on 5th January, 2024.

It has been submitted that petitioner was earlier selected for the aforesaid post and in pursuance of same he joined in district Amethi but has thereafter again been selected for primary school in district Pratapgarh for which purpose no objection certificate is required.

For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 4 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Amethi. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of one week from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
