It is very often noticed by this court that the original copies of photographs are annexed as annexures to the writ petitions, however, along with the bench copies, photocopies of the same are filed. The photocopies filed along with the bench copy do not portray correct picture of facts and in this manner the court is unable to have an apparent view of the annexures at the first instance so as to appreciate the arguments put forth.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the original copies of photographs as have been filed with the main writ petition.

List this case in the list of fresh cases on 06.01.2025.

Meanwhile, the learned Standing Counsel shall also obtain complete instructions as to whether any damage is caused to the institution regarding which an apprehension has been expressed by the petitioners.
