The credentials of the petitioner in filing the present petition apparently are doubtful.

Submissions have been made in Para-3 that after formation of the Trust on 21.11.2024, the petitioner has kick started campaign to eliminate corruption from its very roots in the Northern India and apparently has come across the present contract which is sought to be questioned.

When a query was put to the learned counsel for the appellant that for achieving the avowed objective of rooting of the corruption presently which further contracts are being looked at by the petitioner Trust, counsel for the petitioner prays for time to complete his instructions in the matter.

Besides the above, the indications made in the petition, except for the Trust deed which is dated 21.11.2024, nothing has been placed on record to establish the status of the Trust and whether they have been involved in any nature of public interest work.

The petitioner is granted time to file supplementary affidavit placing on record material, if any, available in the context of observations made hereinbefore.

Needful may be done before the next date.
