Issue notice to opposite party returnable at an early date.
Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of Case No. 524 of 2023 instituted by opposite party under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act from District Sitapur to District Gonda.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant at present is residing at Gonda where three other cases between the parties are also pending as indicated in paragraphs no. 7, 8, 9 & 10 of the application.
In view of aforesaid facts, time is granted to opposite party to file counter affidavit.
