1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice to opposite party.
3. Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed seeking transfer to Hindu Marriage Case No.712 of 2024, instituted by the opposite party under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri to District Hardoi.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant at present is living with her aged mother at Hardoi and is unable to attend the case at Lakhimpur Kheri.
5. In view of the aforesaid, time is granted to the opposite party to file objection.
6. List this case on 17.01.2025 along with service report.
7. Till the next date of listing, proceedings of Hindu Marriage Case No.712 of 2024; Ashutosh Verma vs. Upma alias Manu Verma shall remain stayed.
