This appeal is directed against the order dated 20.07.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby while issuing notices to the respondent interim order has been granted.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the interim order dated 20.07.2018 was confirmed by order dated 13.08.2021 against which the Special Appeal No.319 of 2021 was filed by the appellant herein, which appeal came to be disposed of with liberty to the appellants to appear before the learned Single Judge for stay vacation by filing counter affidavit. Whereafter, on 27.09.2021 the writ petition itself had been disposed of finally and thereafter the present special appeal has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent and the orders passed in the writ petition as well as the Special Appeal No.319 of 2021 the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
