considered the boundaries of the properties sold to the respondents/plaintiffs and Naresh Bhola and after comparing the boundaries of both sale deeds, the Trial Court concluded that the property purchased by Naresh Bhola is different from the suit property of respondents/plaintiff. Relevant extract of the finding of the Trial Court is reproduced herein below:-
