Shri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents informed that the appellant no. 2 and 3 and respondent no. 2 have died but no application for substitution has been moved.
List again in the next month showing the name of Shri Vinod Kumar Pandey and Shri Ravindra Kumar Sinha as counsel for the respondent in place of counsel for the appellant in the cause list.
Before rising and signing aforesaid order, Shri U. S. Sahai, learned counsel for the appellants appeared and informed that the appellants have taken back their paper book, therefore, he is not appearing in the matter. None other counsel has appeared in this matter.
In view of above, the appeal stands abated on behalf of the appellant nos. 2 and 3 and against the respondent no. 2.
